We'll cover effective networking strategies, creating impactful pitch decks, and crafting proposals that stand out. This session is designed to guide you through the initial stages of building sponsor relationships, ensuring you have the tools to turn introductions into valuable, long-term partnerships.

 

SOCIAL MEDIA: How to create value for sponsors using social media

This session is for both marketing directors and race teams.

Social media coach, Megan Meyer will go over how to maximize your value using social media with a logical, strategic plan. Learn how to leverage social media to deliver measurable value. Megan will explain how to create engaging content, build an active follower base, and showcase your sponsors in a way that enhances their brand and its products.

 

ALL ABOUT AGENTS & AGENCIES: What agents do and how they get paid

This session will go over the differences between agents and agencies, what they do to secure and manage sponsorships, how they support athletes, how they are compensated, and whether or not it makes sense for you to hire or retain one. 

 

1-on-1 Interviews

10- to 15-minute interviews with sponsorship decision-makers to hear why they sponsor, what they want, and how you can get sponsored by brands like them.
